Each of our office staff is trained specific to their duties and also receives cross training to support their co-workers. This allows us to assign specific responsibilities to each staff member and insures we can meet the demands as they happen. Our field workers are self motivated and and always strive for high quality installations. Our Journeyman to apprentice scale is approximately 3 to 1. This ensures the continuing education of our team as it grows to maintain the high expectations of each team member to learn how we perform each phase of a project. We encourage our production staff to be proficient at multiple trades and offer continuing education in industry related topics and safety. Our encouragement related to education and safety has resulted in our crews quality and production level which we are very pleased with.
Our Management and Estimating team consists of four key members:
First: Our Office Manager Josie Duarte brings 25 years of office operations and administration experience which she leads our internal staff with and is continually implementing and monitoring ECG's overall performance.
Second: Mr. Jose Ortiz is our Construction Manager / Estimator at ECG. He's in the field everyday managing our construction related activities. Certainly his on site presence and direct oversight are keys to how our projects progress. Mr. Ortiz brings a balanced of management knowledge and residential / commercial construction experience with which he leads the production staff.
Third: Mr. Gerald Easton Vice President of general operations, is also directly responsible for electrical construction oversight. He brings 3 decades of electrical construction and management experience.
Fourth: Andrew Easton CEO leads our vision and course with integrity, commitment and fairness. Accompanied with his ground up expertise in construction which he uses daily as the Senior Estimator and the development of future company goals.
